Stuffed Cabbage or Golumpki, Feed Me!

Stuffed cabbage is a dish made by many people in European countries. Polish stuffed cabbage or golumpkis also spelled golabki or gwumpki is a popular dish. It is savory meat and rice rolled into steamed cabbage and topped with delicious tomato sauce. The tomato sauce is unlike a pasta sauce though since the cabbage and meat would be smothered by a pasta sauce, the golumpki sauce has ingredients that compliment a cabbage roll.

The recipe includes directions for making the sauce, making the filling and rolling the cabbage. Although this recipe sounds time consuming, it can be done in a larger portion to freeze so that when your family begs for this dish you can just whip it out of the freezer.

Cabbage rolls or golumpki are so delicious. Like lay's potato chips, i bet you can't eat just one. They are an all time favorite. Read the recipe and enjoy the results: Golumpki, Golabki or Gwumpki - A Delicious Recipe for Cabbage Rolls.
